U12 Camp — August 3rd–5th (Full-Day: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

A focused, high-energy three-day camp coached by eight or more professional women’s hockey players. Designed for players who want to improve on-ice skills through intentional drills and competitive small-area games, mental toughness, and confidence.

On-Ice Program

  • Elite coaching: Eight pro women’s hockey players lead small groups to ensure personalized feedback.

  • Intentional drills: Progressions designed to isolate skill components and transfer them into game-like situations.

  • Small-area games: High-intensity mini-games to adjunct the focused skill of the day and competitive instincts..

Off-Ice Program (Strong Girls United).

  • Mental skills & confidence: Classroom and Gym sessions use a workbook curriculum and multi-sport principles to build focus, resilience, leadership, and team communication.

  • Integrated learning: Coaches and Strong Girls United staff coordinate to reinforce how off-ice work transfers directly to on-ice performance.
