Inspiring the Next Generation
This camp aims to create a kind, empowering space where young girls in Alaska can build confidence and a love for the game, while seeing that a future in professional women’s hockey is within their reach.
Seeing is Believing
Growing up in Alaska, I idolized the Alaska Aces and NHL players, but at 12, I realized women didn’t have the same opportunities. Until recently, the Olympics was the pinnacle of women’s hockey. Now, the new professional women’s hockey league is here, inspiring girls worldwide!
Professional women’s hockey players across the league join me for five days of on-ice and off-ice development. Together, we aim to provide young girls with female role models to look up to and learn from.

Beyond the RInk
Success in sports—and life—requires more than physical skills. Strong Girls United, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering young girls, will guide participants in building resilience and confidence to thrive both on and off the ice.
Words From Camp Families
“[My daughter] loved meeting all the coaches…and I loved the all-female nature of the camp. I am a HUGE advocate for the importance of mental health strategies in sports, and I very much appreciate this angle of the camp. Kids cannot get enough exposure to positive mental health strategies!”
We See Her.
-

Inspire.
The professional player coaches ignite kids’ confidence and ambition, turning skill development into an inspiring path toward their hockey dreams.
-

Empower.
Off‑ice mentoring and multi‑sport exposure build strength, sharpen skills, and empower girls with confidence both on and off the ice.
-

Love for The Game.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
-

Community.
The camp fosters learning, trust, and kindness to build confident players and positive community members. Through skill development, and small-group work, campers learn listening, feedback, and encouragement from coaches and peers. Trust grows via cooperative play and paired skills; kindness through respectful communication, celebrating progress, and helping teammates.
