Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).

  • Full Refund: Cancellations received on or before July 1 will receive a 100% refund of all camp fees paid.

  • Half Refund: Cancellations received from July 2 through July 14 will receive a 50% refund of camp fees paid.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued after July 14, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

*The camp reserves the right to issue refunds only according to the schedule above. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Statement Regarding Giving Spot to Another Kid 

After July 14, if a parent wishes to transfer or sell their child’s camp spot to another participant in the same age group, the transfer must be handled through the proper registration channels. The new participant must fully complete the camp’s official sign-up and approval process before the spot is considered confirmed.

Please Note: To maintain a fair and transparent registration process—and because many children will be on our waitlist—parents are asked not to purchase multiple spots with the intention of reselling or transferring them to friends. Any abuse of this policy may result in the cancellation of the transferred registration.
