Terms of Service
Registration & Payment Terms
Eligibility: Clair DeGeorge Hockey Camp is intended for youth girls hockey players, ages U8-U16. This camp is NOT intended for new skaters.
Registration Process: A completed registration and full payment are required to secure a spot. The only exception are those who are applying through the Game Changers Fund.
Health & Safety
Participants will NOT be allowed to participate until the medical release form is signed.
Medical Conditions: Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. Any child in need of an EpiPen MUST bring them to camp with them.
Emergency Treatment: In case of injury or Illness, camp staff have permission to seek emergency medical care.
Assumption of Risk: Parents acknowledge that hockey and other physical activities carry inherent risks. Campers participate voluntarily.
Waiver of Liability
Parents/guardians release and hold harmless the camp, staff, volunteers, and facility from any liability arising from accidents, injuries, or property loss, except in cases of gross negligence.
Media & Photography
Camp activities may be photographed or videoed for promotional purposes.
By singing, parents consent to the use of images and videos of their child, unless they opt out explicitly.
Transportation
Parents are responsible for transporting their own child to and from camp, unless otherwise indicated on the checkout form.
In order to add/change a guardian responsible for transporting your child, you must contact the camp directly before camp starts.
Participants old enough to drive themselves may do so if the transportation form is filled out by a parent or guardian.
Intellectual Property
Camp materials (training manuals, videos, or branded content) are for personal use only.
No reproduction or distribution without written consent from camp organizers.
Cancellation/Force Majeure
The camp may cancel or postpone due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, the camp will provide notice and may offer a partial refund, full refund, or reschedule the event.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska.
Any disputes will be addressed under Alaska law. Any disputes must first go through mediation before filling in court.

By registering, the parent/legal guardian confirms that they:

Agree to Payment and Refund Policies
Consent to child participation and emergency medical treatment
Consent to media release
Release the camp from liability except in cases of gross negligence
